FREE Server Migration
We welcome you to be part of our family here in ElevatedServers.
We know that you might be afraid to make a move from your current
hosting company. Afraid not! We are here to help you migrate to us.
We are currently only supports same control panel migrations. If
you are from DirectAdmin and want to migrate to cPanel, there will
be extra charges due to the extra work involved and this process is
really time consuming.
Rest assured that our staff is highly skilled with server
administration. Backed with more than 5 years experience in running
a server, they can migrate your entire cPanel settings and user
accounts to include the following:
- User accounts
- User passwords
- User Home directory
- Web Logs
- MySQL Databases
- E-mail settings and inboxes
- Web stats
- DNS Settings
- Everything that has to do with the user accounts is
completely migrated.
- Server Configurations
- Databases
- * DNS Migration - Switching to the new IP Address
- Server Logs
* Note: New nameservers will be created unless you already have
access to change the settings on the OLD nameservers. If you have
not registered nameservers, we will do this for you, and you will
have to update the nameservers on your Domain Registrar
Free Migration Limits:
With our Free Migration package you may get the following:
- We will transfer from ONE remote server source to your new
server here. Additional remote server transfers are $50 / per
server.
- We will transfer up to 30 accounts FREE. Total transfers must
not exceed 2GB.
- $30 per additional account.
Full cPanel Migration Requirements
All migration request and progress will only be available through
our Elevated Client HelpDesk. Please do give some time to our staff to
complete the migration process so we can ensure that everything goes
smoothly.
At a minimum, we will require the following information:
- Website Address or IP Address of old server
- Root access to the remote
host
- SSH Access to the remote
host
Single cPanel Account Migration Requirements
All migration request and progress will only be available through
our Elevated Client HelpDesk. Please do give some time to our staff to
complete the migration process so we can ensure that everything goes
smoothly.
At a minimum, we will require the following information:
- Website Address or IP Address of old server
- Username and password to access remote host
- cPanel Access to the remote host
- Transfer option is enabled on the old server.
